Our housekeeping calendar is usually full and while we try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, if you'd like to check in before 11am and/or check out later than 3pm, please book the extra night to ensure we can accommodate it. For other early check-ins or late check out requests, please contact us when you book and we can try our best to accommodate.<br /><br />Please also note that where late check outs have not been approved in advance, there is a grace period of 15 mins on the check out time. Check outs later than 11:15am will incur a late check out fee of $35 and check outs later than 11:30am will incur a late check out fee of $120.<br /><br />2. 🧳Our front desk is unable to store luggage due to liability issues.
