Walk to restaurants and shops, then unwind with sunset views from your lanai.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our condo is located on the 7th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, just one floor above the newly renovated and officially reopened recreation deck. From the lanai, you can relax and enjoy beautiful city and ocean views, including watching the surfers at Waikiki Beach.<br /><br />The unit is a renovated one-bedroom condo with approximately 600+ square feet of living space, plus a private lanai. The bedroom features two double beds, and the living room includes a comfortable queen-size pullout sofa.<br /><br />The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances for easy meal preparation. Beach chairs and beach essentials are provided for guest use.<br /><br />Free self-parking is included with your stay (garage clearance restriction is 6ft ). Pay-per-use laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building.<br /><br />The Waikiki Banyan offers 24-hour security and a large recreation deck with pool, hot tubs, tennis court, kids play area, BBQ areas, and open space for families to enjoy<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />As this is our privately owned condo there is no front desk to report to. Once you arrive, you go right up to the 7th floor, using the elevators.<br /><br />Parking is free on any one of the 5 levels in the parkade.<br /><br />If you are renting a car you would pull into the parkade, park in the 15 minute temporary parking spot, and advise security that you are renting a condo in Tower 1, you will then take the elevator up to the condo to retrieve the parking pass and security key, return to your car and display the parking pass in the rear view mirror, use the security key for after hours access (7pm and later) to the elevators.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the condo for arriving guests, and we’re unable to extend check-out.<br /><br />If you have a late departure flight, we recommend booking an additional night so you can relax comfortably in the condo until it’s time to head to the airport .<br /><br />Please note that Waikiki Banyan quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM and are strictly observed<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />260250050022, 712- T1, TA-135-727-7184-02
