Our condo is located on the 13th floor of the iconic Ilikai Building in Waikiki Beach. Made famous in the opening credits of Hawaii Five-O. Ilikai Hotel just steps away from white sand beaches, water sports, high-end shopping, dining, and your own version of paradise. Everything you need is within walking distance. Breathtaking views and balmy breezes from our condo's balcony (Lanai) capture the beauty of the Pacific Ocean, lagoon, and pools. Friday Night Fireworks and the Hilton luau nearby.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our STUDIO condo was newly remodeled in 2020 and has a full modern kitchen with a stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and most everything you need to prepare your meals. The living and bed area has brand new furniture including two double beds, sofa, a new quiet split A/C, flat-screen TV, DVD, and free wifi internet.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />PARKING - Valet parking in Ilikai is $45 per day / 24hrs with in and out privileges. Self-park in the llikai Marina tower - beside Red Lobsters front entrance on Hebron Street. $35 for 24-hour pass. Must ask specifically with the parking attendant there. Additional parking is often available behind the hotel at the Ala Wai Harbor (check signs that indicate parking restrictions). Metered parking is behind the Hotel by the harbor for $ 1- per hour and allows up to 24 hours. <br /><br />The parking fees listed above are subject to change.Please refer to the local rates for the most accurate information.<br /><br />TRANSPORTATION - Airport flat rate taxi up to 4 people, total costs $35 total, plus tip, each way (must call 2 days in advance for this service). Uber and Left are also available in Honolulu. The “Bus" is a great way to get around (exact change only, driver does not make change on the bus). It goes just about everywhere and stops in front of the llikai. If going toward Pearl Harbor, pick up is across the street from the llikai. <br /><br />GROCERIES - There is an ABC store next door, a lobby store and there is a large Foodland grocery store at Ala Moana Shopping Center, the world's largest open-air mall with over 350 stores and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. There is also Walmart, Costco. Whole Foods and Sam’s Club in Honolulu.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />CLEANING & SANITIZING - We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. We follow Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb's cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. We hire a professional cleaning crew to make sure your stay is clean and safe.
