This studio has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, & assigned parking space. 2nd parking space is possible.<br />Very conveniently located near shops, restaurants & Waikiki Beach.<br />High floor unit, great views. You may experience noise from passing ambulances, fire trucks & other urban sounds. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, we recommend bringing earplugs, noise-canceling devices, or taking melatonin to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The unit has a queen bed and a large TV. Plus a sofa that can sleep one adult or two children. Please let us know if you have more than two in your group.. We will supply you with additional linens.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire apartment is available for you to use. <br /><br />You have access to one assigned parking space at no additional charge. If you need an additional parking space, you may rent a second one for $25 per day.<br /><br />There is a washer/dryer inside the apartment. Other condos have a community laundry, which requires you to monitor your laundry. With an in house unit, you just start the laundry and go outside and enjoy the beach. <br /><br />There are guest parking spaces. Other hotels don't have guest parking or they will charge you $5.00 for 30 minutes of parking. <br /><br />There is a rooftop recreation area that includes a pool, lounge area, separate male/female dry saunas, restrooms, showers and BBQ grills for guests to use. From this rooftop, it has stunning views of Waikiki, the Ala Wai Canal, Ocean and Diamond Head. Its available from 6:00 AM- 12:00 AM (Midnight) daily. <br /><br />FRIDAY FIREWORKS at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel<br />Visitors and residents are treated to a free a 10-minute fireworks show that starts around 7:45 PM. The time changes to 8:00 PM from beginning of June to end of September. The actual time is subject to change.<br /><br />The best spots to view the fireworks are in front of Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel. or at the Fort DeRussy Beach Park on 2161 Kalia Road. Its a short walk or you can park in the military public parking lot across the street.<br /> The condo rooftop can only see about 20% of the fireworks. <br /><br />You are assigned two building FOB. This will get you into the building or allow your car into the garage. Lost FOB will cost $100 to replace. If you forgot your FOB, just use the larger enter phone box. Press "Z" until you come to the apartment number. Then press "CALL". You will be you be buzzed in automatically.<br /><br />We are trying to reroute the cables so that you can view tv from your bed. Until then, do not move bed or tv..<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Special requests & accommodations:<br /><br />We do our best to accommodate our guests depending upon their needs & preferences. We're open to discuss requests before your booking to ensure your stay is matched to your needs.<br /><br />*Common requests include things such as "early check-in, late check-out, additional parking spaces, additional guest accommodation, and availability of a Pack 'n Play crib.<br />**Requests may be subject to additional fees in booking.<br /><br />Building Rules & Regulations:<br />As guests, you & your party agree to abide by all building rules, and follow guidance of staff & security.<br /><br />These rules include, but are not limited to:<br />- Noise levels, especially after 10 PM.<br />- Utilizing only designated parking spaces.<br />- Disposing of trash/recycling properly.<br />- Utilizing pool, lounge, BBQ grills & sauna only during operating hours<br />- Being courteous to other tenants, guests & building staff.<br />- Follow all local laws & codes.<br />- Avoid congestions in the lobby by parking into your assigned parking space and then bring your luggage up to your apartment.<br /><br />- Lobby security desk is not set up as a hotel front desk. Its only a security desk. Do not bother them with small talk as it will interfere with their job. A brief hello or nod is all you need to do when passing through.<br /><br />-Call your host at any time if you have any questions or concerns.<br /><br />Our House Rules:<br />- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in suite or on lanai!<br />* Damage charges may be applied if smoking is detected.<br />Please smoke downstairs on the street level only.<br /><br />- Do your best to remove shoes & sandals in entry hallway. You can sit on the bench.<br /><br />- Please turn off AC, lights & TV upon exiting the unit. Hawaii imports oil in order to produce their electricity. We have the one of the highest rate in the nation. There may be rolling blackouts when the electricity usage is high and electrical grid is overwhelmed. This usually happens when there are a lot of air conditioning operating on hot days. <br /><br />- Notify host or co-hosts of any issues, damage, maintenance or emergency immediately. Extreme emergencies like a fire or water leaking from above, please inform security downstairs immediately before informing your host.<br /><br />- Keep your FOB (electronic key) on you at all times.
