Comes with comfortable queen size murphy bed, apartment sized refrigerator, dinette set, dresser and 2 chairs. Basic Cable+Tier1, Internet/WiFi. Kitchenette has lrg convection microwave, 1-burner induction cooktop, toaster, coffee pot, rice cooker, electric kettle, induction pots/pans, dishes, and silverware.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be given the unit# and combo to the lockbox the day before you arrive. Give this info to the security guard in the lobby upon arrival to register and obtain the elevator key FOB. The combination to the apartment's keypad lock will be provided to you after you check-in. On the 5th floor, you will find a spacious lanai with plenty of chairs and tables for your outdoor relaxation. The pool and laundry machines are also in this area. Access to this floor closes at 11 pm daily.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty and closes at 9:00 pm.
