Newly renovated bathroom has shower & tub. All kitchen and cooking amenities are provided.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Newly renovated condo for your comfort! It has a queen size bed, a partial kitchenette. Free access to fast internet access, 32' flat screen tv with cable and free coffee. You're ready for the beach as we provide beach towels & chairs, boogie board, snorkel gear and cooler bag! We also provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />📢 Important Notice for Our Guests: <br /><br />6.21.26 . We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience during your stay. Our building will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements, running from July 15 to December 18, 2026 M-F 8 am- 5 pm, and we want to be fully transparent so you can plan accordingly. <br /><br />No work on weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Work is NOT being done inside this condo; however, some daytime noise and activity should be expected.<br /><br />During this period, guests may experience:<br />• Daytime noise from construction activity (weekdays)<br />• Limited elevator access at times during the day<br />• Fully quiet evenings — no construction after hours, guaranteed<br /><br />To make it right, we've reduced our nightly rate to reflect the temporary inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.<br /><br />On the bright side, this is a wonderful excuse to make the most of everything the area has to offer!
