You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor). There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout.<br /><br />Parking is paid for $47 per 24 hours to the attendant. There is a rental car place downstairs of the building that should be a good option to renting a car onsite. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches. <br /><br />There is also a Biki station nearby which is Hawaii’s bike share program.<br /><br />The beach is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. Everything else in Waikiki is walking distance as you explore the shops and restaurants.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in non-designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.<br /><br />Please be aware that any violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter to the platform. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.<br /><br />Occasional water and power interruptions may occur due to maintenance or operational activities managed solely by building management, which are common in hospitality properties. These instances are beyond our control, but we do our best to communicate any notices in advance.<br /><br />Given our prime location near tourist spots, occasional noise may arise from building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the surrounding urban environment. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If any disruptions significantly impact your stay, please reach out—we are here to help ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.<br /><br />Once your booking is confirmed, please provide the requested information found in the welcome message so we can pre-register you. Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help reduce check-in line congestion and minimize delays.
