This is the kind of perch that makes a city feel both vibrant and easy.<br /><br />The condo<br />Positioned on the 37th floor of Waikiki Banyan, Tower 1, this entire one-bedroom condo takes in ocean, mountain, and city skyline views from the living room, bedroom, and private balcony. Large windows draw natural light through the open layout all day long. A window AC unit keeps the living area comfortable, and a ceiling fan adds airflow whenever the mood calls for it.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom sits behind a sliding panel door, separated from the living area for privacy and flexibility. Inside, you'll find one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, bringing the total capacity to four guests.
