From casual eateries to upscale fine dining, visitors and locals alike can enjoy a variety of cuisines, including Hawaiian, Japanese, American, and international flavors.<br /><br /><br />MASTER BEDROOM<br />King-sized bed fitted with fresh linens, blankets, and pillows. Beach towels, iron and board provided. <br /><br />LIVING AREA<br />A queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements, which folds open without removing any of the seat cushions. Brand-new smart TV + AC unit keeps the space cool and comfortable year-round.<br /><br />BATHROOM<br />Full sized tub with a pocket door that parts the toilet and tub area from the vanity sink area. Hair dryer, plush towels, and comfortable floor mats are provided.<br /><br />KITCHEN<br />Updated with new soft-close cabinet doors. Kitchen is stocked with: toaster oven, coffee machine, electric hot water kettle, large appliances (fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave), pots/pans, utensils, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses. <br /><br />DINING<br />Can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.<br /><br />BUILDING AMENITIES<br />Located on the 6th floor. Includes a refreshing pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, sauna, basketball/tennis/racket ball court and a play structure for kiddos. <br /><br />Essentials can be purchased at Mini-mart in the building.<br /><br />Spacious lobby with plenty of seating. Enjoy the koi pond and waterfall as you enter/exit.<br /><br />LAUNDRY<br />Laundry facilities on every floor, operating daily from 8am to 10pm (coin/app operated). One conveniently situated next to the condo.<br /><br />PARKING<br />Parking pass provided for complimentary parking in the garage (6-foot clearance) for your vehicle to stay safe and cool.<br /><br />INTERNET<br />High-speed internet for browsing or work.<br /><br />LANAI/BEACH AMENITIES<br />Beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, and beach towels) are located in the corner on the balcony. No hidden hotel amenities or resort fees.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Easy contact free self check-in and checkout process as the unit's front door has a keypad coded lock. Unlike big hotels, we offer FREE parking ($50-$80 daily savings) and no resort fees. The garage ramp is 6ft tall, so a rental car more than 6ft will not fit and be turned away.<br /><br />Recreation deck on the 6th floor includes a pool, jacuzzi hot tubs, sauna, BBQs, tennis/basketball court, and children's play area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Beach essentials include umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and cooler bag for guest use. There is no snorkel gear because of safety reasons. Any snorkel gear in unit may have been left by previous guests.<br /><br />The recreation deck will be closed during upcoming renovations beginning approximately April 7th, 2025 through May 18, 2026... so the beach will be your "go to place for" water recreation.<br /><br />Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests periodically as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible.<br /><br />IMPORTANT NOTICE on parking pass.
