Comfortable, modern studio in Waikiki, less than 50 yards to the beach. Public deck on the 10th floor has wonderful views of Diamond Head, Ocean, & zoo. Perfect for wine at sunset or coffee at sunrise. All is walking distance - restaurants, shopping, zoo, park, family-friendly activities, nightlife, & public transportation.

The space
My private and cozy studio at the Waikiki Grand Hotel is in the absolute best location in Waikiki! Just steps away from the beach, zoo, aquarium, and park.

A great home base for venturing out or staying in and enjoying the gorgeous rooftop view of Waikiki.

Studio includes modern furniture and fully stocked kitchenette for cooking, living area with free wifi and flat screen cable TV, comfy queen bed, and full size sleeper futon. Double pane windows blocks out any street noise at night. The room has fiber optic cabling to the room, so the internet speed is fantastic.

I also provide my guests with beach chairs, snorkeling gears, boogie board, beach towels, sand toys, and a cooler for snacks/drinks so you don't have to buy or rent anything.

Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided, so you can leave those at home.

-- Free Wifi
-- Window AC
-- 32" Flat screen TV , Free cable
-- On-site Pool
-- Rooftop lounge area with gorgeous ocean views
-- 24 hour front desk/security personnel
-- Kitchenette for full meal prep (Electric portable cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, water kettle, pots/pans).
-- Single serve Keurig-style coffee maker with complimentary coffee
-- Refrigerator
-- Iron/ironing board
-- Hairdryer
-- Laundry facility in basement
-- Public piano in lobby

Many restaurants are right around the corner from the building. Hula's Bar & Grill located on unit floor ( 2nd) and Teddy's Bigger Burgers located on first floor of building. Starbucks right around the corner beachside and two (2) ABC Stores (like a 7Eleven) around the corner.

You are right across street from small pier, ocean, and zoo. This end of Waikiki has the largest and best beach of the strip. Kapiolani Park (perfect for a morning run), the Honolulu Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium are a few minutes walk (under 5 minutes). Take a walk up Waikiki strip to see historical Moana Surfrider Hotel, Shop & dine at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center or International Marketplace.

I own 6 other units at the same building and 3 others in Waikiki, all with great reviews.

Guest access
PARKING INFO:
The best thing about Waikiki is that everything is walking distance. You really only need to rent a car for days you want to venture out to other parts of the island. There is no parking included with this apartment. There's a small parking garage in the building for $35/day (increasing to $40/day effective Mar. 1, 2026). Guests reserve parking directly online through the building parking website. I recommend doing it as early as possible because the spots fill up quickly.

Other places to park: You may be able to find free parking around Kapiolani park which is about a 5 minute walk. "Paki Street" along the side of the park and along Monsarrat St. Kapiolani Park has free metered parking from 6pm-10am daily and all-day on Sundays. Across the street, you can park at the zoo for only $1.50 an hour. This can be the cheapest option since you only pay for what you need. I provide a more detailed parking information with a parking map in the Welcome Packet inside the condo.

GETTING AROUND:
Bike sharing stations “Biki” are available all around. Mopeds and 2-seater 3 wheeled mopeds are available for rental right along Lemon Rd. There's also car sharing service such as Turo and Drivehui (local version of car share). There are multiple bus routes just steps away. Uber and Lyft are also used regularly around here. I recommend only renting car or use Turo or Drivehui on days you plan to go North Shore or explore the entire island. Everything else is walking distance or easily accessible by bus, Uber, or Lyft.

Other things to note
Guests have full run of the apartment and building. It's a 363 square foot spacious studio with everything you need. There is a rooftop sundeck on the 10th floor (see the pictures) that is available to everyone and has stunning ocean and mountain views. It's a great place to relax with wine at sunset, or head up for coffee in the morning.

Registration Details
260270310011, 219, TA-136-514-1504-01
