This studio has a full size bed and a full size couch bed. There is a pull out for a toddler/kid as well. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, rice cooker and a stove (no oven). The bathroom has been renovated into an upgraded walk in shower. I provide all the essentials to make your stay in paradise easy and enjoyable. Everything in the condo is brand new as well as the air conditioning unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You are in the heart of the best part of Waikiki! On top of one of the worlds best beaches being in you backyard, the Honolulu zoo and Kapiolani Park is only a 2 minute walk. You are surrounded by high end hotels and fine dining, as well as the best local cuisine, beach front eateries and fun food trucks right downstairs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The building is not a hotel/condotel so there is not a lobby or any hotel amenities.<br /><br />Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on the property. This includes vaping and any other form of smoking. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.<br /><br />We have a 3 person occupancy limit.
