Whether you are in town for business or leisure, our studio unit offers the perfect home base to explore all that the city has to offer.<br /><br />*Exterior Spalling Repair Work* <br />Spalling work is currently being conducted through 2025.<br />It might causes noise/dust and unable to access lanai during their works. This unit will be affected between May and July 2025 at this point.<br />* There might be workers outside the window going up and down.<br /><br />* * Although we strive to keep all pests away from our units with quarterly pest controls and other means, there is unfortunately no way to 100% protect our units 100% of the time from pests due to the condominium setting that we are in.
