The vibrant tropical accents and soothing ocean-inspired elements create a peaceful, romantic atmosphere—perfect for a tranquil stay where you can fully relax and escape from daily life.<br /><br />Relaxation will come easy at this charming condo with a tropical ocean decor in the heart of Waikiki. <br />An awesome location just one block from world famous Waikiki Beach!<br />You'll appreciate the convenience of having a home base in the middle of all the action. <br />Bus stop is just a half block away.<br />Moped, scooter, bike, and surfboard rentals all within a few minutes walk.<br /><br />Start your day with a hot Malasada or a macadamia nut pancake with cup of a Kona coffee.<br />Take a stroll to the beach and feed the fish.<br />Rest up between excursions in your comfortable, air-conditioned condo.<br />Hit a weekly farmer's market buy some tropical fruit.<br />Evening time, Sail into the sunset on a Mai Tai cruise. Non-Smoking Policy** <br />Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.<br /><br />**2. Noise Notice – Important** <br />This is a condominium located in the vibrant center of Waikiki. <br />Some level of noise is expected due to the lively and central location. <br />If you are seeking a very quiet or secluded environment, this may not be the ideal location. <br />We do not take responsibility for noise from the building, neighboring units, or the surrounding area.<br /><br />**3. Building Maintenance & Water/Electricity Interruptions** <br />The building management occasionally conducts emergency or scheduled maintenance. <br />During these times, water or electricity may be temporarily shut off. <br />Notices are posted inside the building—often inside the elevators—by the building association. <br />Please keep an eye on posted announcements during your stay. <br />These building-wide issues are managed by the association and are outside the host’s control.<br /><br />**4. Power Outages** <br />Hawaii occasionally experiences short power outages due to weather, trade winds, or island infrastructure. <br />These are usually resolved quickly by the utility company.<br /><br />**5. Beach Sand Policy** <br />Please help us keep the unit clean by making sure you do not bring sand inside. <br />Kindly rinse off your feet, shoes, and belongings at the beach showers before returning. <br />Hawaii loves sand—but our floors definitely do not!<br /><br />**6. Insects & Tropical Environment** <br />Hawaii is warm all year, which means insects also enjoy living here. <br />We regularly treat our unit for pests, but it is impossible to prevent every tiny visitor from entering. <br />This is simply part of tropical island life, and we appreciate your understanding.<br /><br />**7. Volcano Information** <br />No worries — Oahu has no active volcanoes. <br />The eruptions you may hear about are on the Big Island (Hawai‘i Island), far away from Waikiki. <br />If you want to see lava, you’ll need to hop on a plane to the Big Island!<br /><br />**8. Lanai (Balcony) Safety** <br />Please do not hang or place anything on the lanai (balcony) railings. <br />Hawaii’s strong trade winds can easily blow items off the balcony, creating a serious safety hazard. <br />The building association strictly prohibits placing or hanging anything on the railings. <br />If the association issues a fine for any violation, the guest staying at that time will be responsible for the full amount.<br /><br />**9. Building Rules & Fines** <br />The building association has its own rules and enforcement policies. <br />If a guest violates any building rule—such as hanging items on the lanai, leaving trash in the hallway, or causing disturbances—the association may issue a fine. <br />Any fines issued during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.<br /><br />**10.
