Legal Vacation Rental <br /><br />💮2947 Kalakaua Ave #603💮<br /><br />💥My place is close to the Ocean and nestled beneath the Diamond Head Crater, surrounded by the beautiful Kapiolani Park. <br /><br />👑The large king bedroom is separate from the living area (that offers a new sleeper sofa), making it ideal for two couples or a family of four. <br /><br />This comfortable & spacious condo offers a full kitchen. <br />There's free Wifi and cable TV included. <br />Parking is additional & should be requested when booking.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />** ELEVATOR - Please note: The Elevator will be partially down for scheduled maintenance during the following dates (EXCEPT DURING WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS, AND EVENINGS). (We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 6th floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br />Well cared for 1 bedroom suite at The Diamond Head Beach Hotel. A great property on the Gold Coast of Oahu, this 6th floor suite has a full kitchen and full bathroom<br /><br />Upon entering the suites living room you'll find modern flooring and comfortable new furniture with the kitchen off to the left. <br />The master bedroom through the door to the right (housing 1 King bed) not only offers style and comfort with ample storage and hanging space for clothes, the entire suite offers a super clean and serene place to relax after a long day at the beach. <br />The unit comes with 2 flat screen televisions both offering cable channels, New A/C units throughout, Wi-Fi and of course a fully equipped kitchen. <br />Our place is ready for you to just walk in and relax simply show up with a swimsuit and a good book, and you are set for your vacation.<br /><br />Local amenities from sailing to snorkeling and surfing, all ocean activities can be found along the Gold Coast and Waikiki. Not only can you enjoy all that the ocean has to offer, you also have quick access to hiking, shopping, fine dining, and sightseeing.<br /><br />A ride down the elevator to the building's garage will lead you to the community washer & dryer area and on the 1st floor of the building is a private oceanfront lounge for tenants with direct access to the ocean. If parking is required, you may reserve a spot in the building for a daily fee.<br /><br />Come and see for yourself all that this large modern 6th floor one bedroom suite has to offer.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />🚘 Though we are within easy walk of beaches and the busier Waikiki area, should you require parking please request at time of booking and we will let you know the current hotel parking rates.<br /><br />✅ Full access within the suite, along with shared guest access to our oceanfront gardens, communal patio area and laundry facilities.<br /><br />🦎 Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
