There is one parking stall available for your car.<br /><br />The building is secure and requires a key fob to access the elevators and enter the building.<br /><br />On the top of the building, there is a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area if you would like to entertain some guests.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. <br /><br />Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. An additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings. <br /><br />Pool opens from 8AM until 10PM<br />Check-in after 3:00 PM <br />Check-out before 10:00 AM<br /><br />Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.<br /><br />⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.<br /><br /><br />Garbage Disposal Rule:<br /><br />Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal.
