You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor. <br /><br />We always make sure that you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. We maintained the cleanliness of the unit and sanitized with professional grade cleaning solutions prior to your arrival.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We share facilities with the Island Colony Hotel, and they also help us handle check in, checkouts, as well as lost keys. You'll have access to the pool on the 6th floor and if you'd like to use the gym, it costs $10/guest for your stay and you'll have to sign a waiver during check-in.<br /><br />Pool & Jacuzzi (Opening hours: 7 am - 9 pm)<br />Gym (Hours: 6am - 8pm) <br /><br />This property is walking distance to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk or 2 city blocks away. It is located right next to the International Market Place (IMP) shopping center as well as many great eats.<br /><br />Parking is self parking. $45 daily rate paid by vending machine. (New rate $47 from 10/1/2025) Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do the registration process prior to your arrival for smooth check-in. We have front desk available 24/7 for check-in.<br /><br />Check-in Time: 3:00 PM<br />Check-out Time: 10:00 AM<br />Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM<br /><br />Our condo is part of a hotel, and although we share facilities with the hotel, the front desk is just for check in and checkouts, should you need anything please contact the host who can help you with questions and concerns.<br /><br />We cannot Guarantee the amenities such as the pool and Jacuzzi will always be open throughout the year (although they usually are). Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances out of our control that will cause those features to be shut down. However we anticipate the facilities to be operational for at least 90+% of the year<br /><br />Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is our of my control.
