The southeast-facing orientation means bright, open skies throughout the day, and by evening, the city below settles into a warm, familiar hum. This is Waikiki with elevation - close to everything, quiet above it all.<br /><br />The space<br />Set in Tower 1 of the Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom condo on the 31st floor accommodates up to four guests and is professionally cleaned and maintained by a local hospitality team available around the clock. The open layout connects living and dining areas in a single, easy flow, with a 50-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a window AC unit keeping things cool and comfortable. The dining table seats four - ideal for a relaxed breakfast or planning the day over coffee.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, closet, dresser, and room-darkening shades. The living area features a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for every stay, with cotton bed linens throughout.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The fully equipped kitchen includes a GE electric stove, GE single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and chopping essentials are all on hand - everything you need to cook at your own pace, from a quick breakfast before the beach to a full meal in for the evening.<br /><br />Outdoor living<br />Step through to the private lanai and take it all in - ocean views, open sky, and outdoor furniture for lingering over mornings or winding down after a day in the sun. The building also offers shared outdoor amenities including sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a shared electric BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground. Please note: the outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, and shared sauna are currently undergoing renovation and are unavailable at this time.<br /><br />Building & location<br />Free parking for one vehicle is available in the building garage, and the building is equipped with an elevator, EV charger (Level 2, 220V), and paid laundry on each floor. Self check-in is via keypad, and free high-speed WiFi and an Ethernet connection are available throughout the condo. Guests also have free resort access and shared beach access nearby.<br />Waikiki Beach is just a short walk from the building, with restaurants, shops, and the International Marketplace all close at hand.
