Up here on the 32nd floor, the pace slows, the views open up, and Waikiki feels both within reach and wonderfully far away.<br /><br />Living space<br />The open-plan living and dining area flows easily from the kitchen through to the lanai, keeping the layout light and connected. Seating faces toward the skyline, and a dining table comfortably accommodates up to four - ideal for sharing a meal or spreading out after a day exploring the island. A window AC unit keeps the space cool, and the private lanai extends your living area outdoors, framing the mountain backdrop and city views from above. Whether you're catching a sunrise over the ridgeline or watching Honolulu illuminate as night falls, it's a setting that doesn't get old.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door for added privacy. Inside, a California King-size bed is made up with cotton linens, with nightstands and closet storage completing the space. Room-darkening shades help keep mornings on your schedule. For additional guests, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, bringing total capacity to four. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.<br /><br />Kitchen and dining<br />The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook your own meals throughout your stay. Appliances include a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, and freezer, along with a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and chopsticks are all on hand. Whether you're pulling together a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or settling in for a longer stay, the kitchen is well set up for both.<br /><br />Bathroom<br />The bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - the everyday essentials taken care of so you can travel light.<br /><br />Building and conveniences<br />Waikiki Banyan offers elevator access and a ground-floor coffee shop and convenience store. Paid laundry rooms are available on each floor. One free parking space is included in the on-site garage, and a Level 2 EV charger is available on the premises. The building also features an outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, and a shared sauna - please note that the pool and hot tubs are currently undergoing renovation until April 2026. An outdoor playground, shared BBQ grill, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area are also available. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy at any time. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.<br /><br />Location<br />Waikiki Banyan sits in the heart of one of Honolulu's most walkable neighborhoods. The beach is a short stroll away, with Kapiolani Park, restaurants, shops, and public transportation all close by. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your use, and shared beach access is available.
