The living area is anchored by a 50-inch TV with standard cable, fast WiFi (223 Mbps), and an Ethernet connection - practical for streaming or working remotely. A window AC unit keeps the space comfortable year-round, and the sliding doors open directly onto the private lanai, where ocean, bay, and city skyline views are yours to take in at any hour.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom offers a private retreat separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, with a king bed, clothing storage including a closet and dresser, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for restful nights. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making the layout a natural fit for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.<br /><br />Kitchen and dining<br />The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at your own pace.
