We charge around $150 for longer than 3hrs as basically we have to block the entire day for you as cleaner would not able to finish cleaning on that day. Appreciate your understanding.<br /><br />The building offers two hours of free parking 08:00-16:00 and based on the daily availability after 16:00 for a fee of $40 to park overnight. You’ll also find free parking on Ala Wai Boulevard (except Monday-Friday 08:30-11:30), at Ala Moana Beach Park (closed overnight) and at Ala Moana Bowls Parking Lot (can park overnight for $1/hour).<br /><br />Aqua Aloha Surf Waikīkī has WiFi throughout. There’s an outdoor public swimming pool, barbecue grills and a laundry room. Washing machine costs $1.5 for 30 minutes and the dryer costs $1.5 for 60 minutes. Credit Card operated. Trash chute is on the same floor and a dumpster is on the ground floor (turn right when you leave the building) for overlarge items.<br /><br />Other Details To Note<br />- Hawaii is a tropical environment, so bugs and other crawling creatures should be expected. The key to keeping them out of the home is to a) keep doors or screens closed at all times, b) never leave food out on counters, c) regularly wash/wipe food prep and eating area counters, d) dispose of all food waste in the trash bags provided and empty to the trash bin in the building.<br />- No Smoking is allowed, otherwise a fine of $250 will be imposed. No pets allowed.<br />- Please understand that we won’t be notified of the building or any other units renovation.
