The location is perfect for guests who want to stay close to Waikiki Beach, restaurants & stores and ALL the action! It's not a large studio but cozy, clean, bright, and perfect for up to 2 guests. <br /><br />- Once you pay through Airbnb, you don't need to pay anything extra when you check in. No resort fees. We suggest renting a car for only a day or 2 days when you want to explore outside Waikiki, like North Shore, Kailua, and Lanikai Beach.<br /><br />*Most of the Waikiki condo units have their own window A/C unit. If you are not used to a wall A/C, you will be aware of the sound as it is louder than central AC<br /><br />*Please know that Waikiki's condominium buildings are older and not fancy like resort hotels.<br /><br />*Waikiki is not a quiet place.
