Nestled amongst top tier hotels along Waikiki Beach, you can watch sailboats pass and see million dollar sunsets but with the privacy and feel of your own home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our beautiful beach condo is located in the very heart of Waikiki. A one-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can surf, swim, and relax in the soothing ocean pools of Waikiki Beach. If you don’t feel like completely relaxing, take a leisurely stroll over to the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, world-class shopping, fine dining or other various Waikiki attractions. At the end of the day, you'll come back to your gorgeous beach condo over-looking the Pacific Ocean to enjoy a world famous Hawaiian sunset with a private view.<br /><br />Our beach home was completely remodeled top to bottom and professionally decorated in April of 2017 and features all new everything to include new lighting, furniture, finishes, and appliances. The rooms are large and comfortable and include two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with queen and full size beds, high-end mattresses, hypo-allergenic pillows, and linens. The living room has a sofa bed that opens up to a full size bed. We also have a twin size rollaway bed if needed. Our home can sleep 6 comfortably, so you can bring your friends and family and share your amazing vacation. We've tried to think of everything you might need for a memorable Waikiki vacation, so we have taken the time to stock the necessities to include basic cooking needs, laundry essentials, beach gear (chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel sets, floaties and a cooler), and for those families that have new additions, we have included a crib and a Graco pack and play.<br /><br />There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room along with a 44” Smart TV in bedroom #1 (the living room TV is viewable from bedroom #2) so you can enjoy all of your shows on cable, or use the high speed wi-fi to stream your favorite music or movies. The living room has contemporary leather couch that coverts to a queen bed. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, bar seating and top-of-the line appliances. You can either open the wall sliding glass doors to enjoy the tropical breezes or turn on the air conditioning and ceiling fans for additional comfort. Unlike all of the hotels and most of the rentals in Waikiki, a garaged parking space is also included with your stay. Additionally, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured building and elevator access. There is one reserved covered parking spot for our guests to use located right outside of the lobby area.<br /><br />We strive to give you a care free vacation in our beautiful Hawaiian home. This condo is located in the "resort zone" of Waikiki which allows for short term rentals.<br /><br />The total charge includes Hawaii's mandatory 10.25% TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax), 4.712% GET (General Excise Tax) and 3% OTAT (Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax). An electronic invoice with the breakdown will be provided upon request<br /><br />Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on the property. This includes vaping and any other form of smoking. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.<br /><br />We have a 6 person occupancy limit.
