This is a lovely high-rise ocean view condo, and it’s a unique design that combines two studios with two separated private doors to keep your privacy. The building offers self check in & check out service, parking, gym, swimming pool, luggage drop, car rental, convenience store, and 24-hours security.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Building amenities include:<br />- Laundry room (5th floor)<br />- Rooftop pool and beach chairs (5th floor)<br />- BBQ area (5th floor)<br />- Gym ($5/person registration fee payable to security for your entire stay)<br />- There is a parking lot in the building ($50 one day & $45/day for multiple days - cash only) with in and out privileges. Street parking directly out front is free (but very limited), and you must move your car by 6am.<br />- Rent a car from the car rental agency downstairs, and they have an arrangement with the parking lot as well.<br /><br />Please note that there is no separate living room in this unit, and both rooms are considered bedrooms.
