While we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, it’s not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please reach out around 12 noon on your arrival day to check availability.<br /><br />Please note that we are a vacation rental, not a hotel. While we don’t provide daily cleaning services, the unit is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Fresh towels are not replenished daily, but you are welcome to use our in-unit washer and dryer. If you would like additional or fresh towels during your stay, we offer them for $30 per set.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will enjoy full access to the unit, which includes a private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and assigned parking—a rare perk in Waikiki.<br /><br />The building features a rooftop recreation deck with panoramic views of Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal, and Waikiki. <br />Up here, you’ll find:<br />* A pool (Opening Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM) <br />* BBQ grills with shaded picnic seating<br />* A dry sauna<br />* Lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing<br /><br />Our building is centrally located and just a short stroll (about 5-10 minutes) to Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place, and a variety of dining spots, local shops, and convenience stores. It’s ideal for exploring the area on foot.<br /><br />Transportation options nearby include:<br />* A stop for TheBus, Oahu’s public transit system<br />* Biki stations (Hawaii’s bike-share program)<br />* Pickup points for the Waikiki Trolley (fee-based)<br />* Easy access to Uber/Lyft rideshare services<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. <br /><br /><br />Pool opens from 8 AM - 10 PM <br />Check-in after 3:00 PM <br />Check-out before 10:00 AM<br /><br />Trash chute is to the left out the elevator all the way down at the end.<br /><br /> Please note that the blue sofa is no longer available.<br /><br />Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.<br /><br />⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.<br /><br /><br />Garbage Disposal Rule:<br /><br />Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal.
