(We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 4th floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br />The Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, accent and mood lighting with relaxing beach themed art and pillows.<br />Ample drawers and hanging space make staying a month a breeze easily being able to fully unpack, spread out and relax.<br /><br />🏯Adjacent to the bedroom is the guest den with its two person sleeper sofa and Asian pacific Zen feel décor. <br /><br />📚This space is also an ideal location to relax with your favorite book and a glass of wine as others watch TV in the main living room.<br /><br />🚻As we walk past the fully remodeled and well lit bathroom with its oversized tiled floor to ceiling massaging shower we enter the main living room.<br /><br />✍🏼Our writers desk makes the perfect spot to get those postcards written or work on your laptop finishing that project for school or work.<br /><br />📺Ample comfortable seating is offered around the large HD Smart TV that includes cable.<br /><br />The dining area seats four and is located next to the modern kitchen, ideal for serving or keeping an eye on desert.<br /><br />🌴Through the large glass sliding door you access suite 401s notably best feature, the full width private lanai (with ample comfortable furniture) that looks over the property gardens out onto the great Pacific Ocean.<br /><br />🐋Seasonal whale watching is a must or maybe just passing the time counting sailboats as they daily sail out to and from Waikiki and the Ilikai marina.<br /><br />👙Fancy a dip in the ocean? Walk down through the gated gardens on the 1st floor and there are safe steps to the left of our property in line with a sandy bottom area perfect for sunrise & sunset swims.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />ℹ After booking you'll receive a welcome note - then as we near the arrival full and detailed arrival and entry instructions.<br /><br />🅿 Please note if your require parking, this should be requested at the time of booking. Current pricing is $30 per day plus tax. <br />Full parking details including the couple of near-by free options are available upon request.<br /><br />🌼Full access within the suite, along with shared guest access to our oceanfront gardens, communal patio area and laundry facilities.<br /><br />🦎Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
