No resort fees!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio is located just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki, world class shopping, amazing restaurants, cafés, and local eateries and about 12 miles from the airport.<br /><br />You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the Pacific Ocean and Kapiolani Park. <br /><br />Enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views.<br /><br />The studio is approximately 260 sqft, recently renovated with a kitchenette and a bathroom that includes a large shower. The condo features a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.<br /><br />We have installed black out curtains to ensure a restful sleep into the late morning hours. <br /><br />There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator, if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has AC, plus additional fans, free WIFI, wall mounted LCD TV. Please note that TV cable service is not included, however you can still connect your own streaming service to the TV. <br /><br />🌸 ADDITIONAL ACCESS:<br /><br />You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool, front desk and security and boarding pass printing station. In the lobby you will also find a concierge kiosk, where you can book many activities on the island. <br /><br />🍽️ DINING OPTIONS:<br /><br />There is an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife. <br /><br />Additionally, there are two on-site restaurants, Teddy's Bigger Burger and Hula's Bar & Lei Stand, which get noisy at times. Light sleepers may notice music coming up from the bar in the evening hours. Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.<br /><br />There are also equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC store for a quick bite or drink is about 50 feet away.<br /><br /><br />🚗TRANSPORTATION & PARKING:<br /><br />Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.<br /><br />Parking is available in the building and is managed by the hotel directly. the daily rate is 40+tax. Advance reservations upon booking are strongly encouraged as space may be limited.
