Literally two blocks from Waikiki Beach, 5 min stroll, this studio is located in the heart of Waikiki with a Queen bed. Also adventure on foot to International Market Place, the Zoo, local bars and restaurants, and many other fun and delicious options; all within a few minutes WALK! Our condo has a hotel location at a fraction of the cost!<br /><br />No hidden fees or taxes, it is all inclusive.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a Studio, ideal of 2 guests. But if you are a family with a child (2 adults and 1 child) that can all share a queen bed, please let us know about your situation before booking please as we can make case by case exceptions.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Unfortunately the Laundry Facilities in the building has been permanently closed, sorry for the inconvenience. They have also been closing down laundromats all over Waikiki, unfortunately the closest one in Waikiki open to the public is as follows:<br /><br />iDo Laundry (24/7)<br />1922 Kalakaua Avenue<br />Honolulu 96815<br /><br />For any cardboard trash, per building rules it should never go into the trash chute, it goes in the large commercial trash bins in the parking garage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />ALL TAXES INCLUDED, NO HIDDEN FEES FROM US!<br /><br />AS WELL AS 200 mbps WiFi (highest speed available for the building) & SPECTRUM CABLE TV (please use the Spectrum remote, we do not have streaming services).<br /><br />-The bedding design may differ from the pictures as we change our bedding often.<br />-Check-Out is anytime before 10:00am, Late check out will result in an additional days rate charge. <br />-Follow house rules, otherwise building will charge violation fees and guests will be held responsible. <br /><br />Waikiki Luggage Storage is Now Open Onsite at Kuhio Village Towers:<br />-Half Day (up to 12 hours): $8.00<br />-Full Day (up to 24 hours): $12.00<br />-If interested, there will be more info when you receive check in instructions, including a reservation phone number.<br /><br />We are looking to host people who are nice, easy going, and overall good people. Keep in mind that this building is not a 5 star hotel, this is a condo with a mixture of permanent families, renters, Airbnb guests, etc. <br /><br />We offer the basic necessities for an affordable vacation.
