Or if you prefer a night out in town, you can go to any restaurant within steps of this centrally-located condotel in the heart of Waikiki. <br /><br />The communal laundry, pool, sauna, jet spa, gym, grills, and convenience store are all located on the 6th floor with a great breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor (Forty Niner Hawaii).<br /><br />Although you’re a comfortable walking distance to everything in Waikiki, parking is available both in this popular vacation rental building and nearby.<br /><br />We have a full-time, on-call property management team, and the building has security at all times, guaranteeing you will be in good hands throughout your stay.<br /><br />Come for the relaxation, but take the memories home with you forever. And there's also a metered parking nearby that is free after 5:30 PM.<br /><br />Please take note that the hours & availability for parking at the Ala Wai Canal & metered parking nearby may change without prior notice.<br /><br /><br />Uber is always an option too!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />*Notice:<br /><br />To ensure the property remains in excellent condition, the building management periodically schedules essential maintenance, including pest control, window cleaning, emergency water shutoffs for repairs, and other necessary work.<br /><br />While we may not always know the exact schedule at the time of booking, we will promptly inform guests if any scheduled maintenance is expected to impact their stay.<br /><br />Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.<br /><br />-----------------------------------------------<br />*NOTICE of TEMPORARY Pool/Jacuzzi Closure*<br /><br />TEMPORARY Closure of the 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas starting on NOVEMBER 9th, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, will re-open on NOVEMBER 17, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (Weather permitting) for the Annual Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs.<br /><br />As part of this important process, the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi Deck area will be locked and secured and ALL of the area’s amenities will NOT BE available for use.
