The living room has two sofa beds for comfort.<br />We upgraded the sofas in 2024 and replaced the dining table and dishwasher in 2025. Some furniture may differ from the photos, but all updates enhance your comfort. Enjoy a refreshed and inviting space for a wonderful stay!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Waikiki condo, the iconic Ilikai building of Honolulu, the sea, the Duke · Kahanamoku · lagoon and the magnificent night view of the town can see the direct scenery.<br />You can feel the wind of Hawaii from the apartment and relax in the veranda.<br /><br />The location is wonderful. Ilkai · Waikiki · Beach is one of several ocean fonts.<br />The recently renovated premium apartments offer reasonably priced rooms at luxurious 5 star hotels at reasonable prices.<br /><br />The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare all meals, full size fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, big white quartz countertop. Toaster, mixer, almost all standard kitchen items are available.<br /><br />This oceanfront city view unit includes a 50-inch LCD TV, AC unit of three windows, one in each room, a large modern ceiling fan in each room, two bathrooms . The guest bathroom has a shower and the master bedroom has a shower / tub.<br /><br />There are two Lanai, one away from the dining area and the other away from the Master's bedroom so you can see directly the view of the Hilton Ruau and the sea peekaboo.<br /><br />Did we mention the best places? It is located just a short distance from Waikiki Beach.<br /><br />If you are here for the convention, the Hawaii Convention Center is three blocks away. It is also just a few blocks from the Ala Moana Center (a huge shopping mall). <br /><br />Just off the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites, this white sandy beach and shining ocean is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and water activities.<br />Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites is just a 5-minute walk from the world's best shopping street. The Ala Moana Center has everything for everyone. From luxury brands to casual surfwear, there are things that want this vast outdoor / indoor mall. With 3 floors of shopping, dining and entertainment you can enjoy day and night at this popular retail store and entertainment destination.<br /><br />Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Charthouse, Buffalo Wildwings, McDonald's, Moire etc, straight ahead on the street. All restaurants, cafes and shops on the lobby level<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are three parking options:<br /><br />1. Hotel parking lot: The most expensive option, but also the most convenient as it's a valet service at the hotel entrance. The fee is $45 for 24 hours.<br /><br />2. Parking in the ilikai marina building. This option is located on the 2nd to 5th floors of the Red Lobster Building. The fee is $20 for 24 hours. This parking is cheaper, but it's a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.<br /><br />3. Parking at the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor: This is a large public parking lot behind the hotel. The fee is $1 per hour. There's also free parking for up to 6 hours from 22:30 to 4:30, but please note that cars will be towed outside of business hours.<br /><br />Please note that parking regulations may change, so it's recommended to check local parking conditions. Additionally, it's important to keep your rental car insurance up to date as it's the renter's responsibility.<br /><br />After your stay, please take a picture of your parking receipt and attach it to your message. We'll refund you through Airbnb at a later date. We will pay up to $45 per day.<br /><br />*Important Notice*<br />The Ilikai Hotel will begin a major exterior painting and spalling repair project starting July 28, 2025. <br /><br />Work for this condo is scheduled between January and February, 2027.<br /><br />Work Hours: Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM - 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed.<br /><br />Lanai Use: Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas.<br /><br />Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.<br /><br />Most guests are out exploring the island, so the impact should be minimal.
