The first bedroom includes 1 queen bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing plenty of space for larger groups.<br /><br />The open living room layout makes it easy for guests to gather, watch TV, and enjoy meals together. All rooms are equipped with new split AC units for added comfort. One side of the apartment also features double-pane sliding doors and windows to help provide a quieter and more restful sleep.<br /><br />Parking Information<br /><br />Please review the parking restrictions carefully:<br /><br />No vehicles over 6 feet in height, including any attachments that increase the height above 6 feet.<br />No large SUVs or oversized vehicles permitted.<br />Disclaimer<br /><br />The condo is located in the Waikiki area at a four-way street intersection. As a result, there may be some nighttime street noise, even though we have installed double-pane doors and windows to help reduce outside sound.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The condo amenities include a swimming pool and BBQ grill area for guests to enjoy during their stay.<br /><br />Each floor has a laundry room, and there are also 5 additional washers and dryers located in the lower lobby for guest convenience. Laundry machines are coin/card operated, and guests are responsible for the laundry fees.
