Legal Vacation Rental - <br /><br />🍱2947 Kalakaua Ave. #802🍱<br /><br />My place is close to the ocean and Kapiolani Park. <br /><br />🌴 You’ll enjoy my place because of the neighborhood, it's beautiful and though close to Waikiki (7 mins walk), it's definitely the quieter area of Honolulu with Diamond Head as a backdrop and our gardens meet the ocean. <br /><br />My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). <br /><br />🥢The unit has everything you need to cook at home too!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />** ELEVATOR - Please note: The Elevator will be partially down for scheduled maintenance during the following dates (EXCEPT DURING WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS, AND EVENINGS). (We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 8th floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br />Private Vacation Rental, <br />🌐 Professionally Managed by Hawaii Americana Realty **<br /><br />As you can see from the pics, this suite is a spacious 1 bedroom with full kitchen and bathroom. <br />We've included everything you need in the kitchen to make cooking at home easy and hassle free.<br /><br />🅿 The building has a few parking spaces too which can be booked (subject to availability) at time of booking at an additional charge of $30 per night (subject to change).<br />There is ample overnight free parking on the street from 6pm - 10am.<br /><br />There are no additional resort fees at this location.<br /><br />📶 We offer high-speed wireless Internet in our unit.<br /><br />🧺 There are full laundry facilities on a lower floor which take both coins and C'Cards.<br /><br />👩🏿‍🌾 We are surrounded by Kapiolani Park for gorgeous walks and our gardens meet the Pacific ocean.<br /><br />🛎 The Hotel now has a front desk person to assist you during your stay with tour recommendations and our guest host is always on hand to assist with your questions.<br /><br />🛒 We are 4 mins away from a mini convenience store, 6 mins away from the Waikiki Aquarium and just 10 mins through the park to Honolulu Zoo.<br /><br />A car may not be required for your trip unless you are planning on driving around the island, but we do offer both Lyft and UBER ride sharing services here in Honolulu.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />🌻 You'll have access to the communal garden and sun lounging area along with outdoor patio area (great for enjoying lunch or watch the sunset)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />🚢 If you are planning on enjoying a dinner cruise during your stay, may we suggest you try and book a Friday night cruise and take advantage of a window seat to enjoy Waikiki's weekly fireworks display from the ocean, the food is amazing and it can be the highlight of your week?<br /><br />👙 Our property is on the oceanfront.<br /><br />🦚 Set on The Gold Coast of Oahu, Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residences offers privately owned condos surrounded by Kapi‘olani Regional Park.<br /><br />⛲ Located directly below Diamondhead crater at the “The Kapi‘olani Regional Park, Louise Dillingham Memorial Fountain ” where Kalakaua ends.<br /><br />👣 Closest Beach is Kaimana Beach about 4 mins walk along the sidewalk.<br /><br />☮ This is a beautiful & peaceful location.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />310320290035, 802, TA-027-297-7920-01
