There are 39 floors and two elevators total so when one elevator is working it can be slow. Please note this before booking and thank you for your patience and relaxed "on vacation" attitude. <br /><br />*You can connect to the Bluetooth speaker / charging station on the desk. It’s called “DOCKALL D108” under your Bluetooth settings on your device. <br /><br />*There is paid laundry on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. <br /><br />*The unit has a large window AC and one of the large windows opens for fresh air and a nice ocean breeze. <br /><br />*We apologize ahead that we can not offer an early check-in or late check-out. We hire an all women's cleaning company and they manage their own schedule. They do not take requests. We are. also usually booked back to back and need the time allotted to clean and disinfect.
