The small but mighty bathroom features a water saving dual flush Kohler toilet, maple honey cabinets, and a crisp white quartzite counter-top. <br /><br />The efficiency kitchen features a compact double door GE refrigerator with a separate true-freezer compartment, built-in glass top range, microwave, commercial grade stainless steel sink, maple honey cabinets, and a crisp white easy-to-clean quartzite counter-top. <br /><br />Please note:<br /><br />-Peace of mind: our building allows legal vacation rentals and is in a hotel/resort zoning. There will be no surprise cancellations.<br /><br />-This is a small and compact unit. With full size bed. The location is convenient and price affordable. However, the unit is designed to sleep after a long day touring in paradise and is equipped with small newly renovated bathroom and small kitchen. <br /><br />- Our daily rates include ALL taxes (4.712% General Excise Tax + 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax).<br /><br />-Absolutely NO unregistered guests.
