"Air conditioning" <br />This apartment is centrally located in Hilo just minutes away from downtown and a mile from the beach. The apartment has a queen sized Murphy bed, full size kitchen, fully equipped, a large desk...perfect for work. The apartment has a private balcony that overlooks the pool with a table for outdoor dining. There is on site parking in the oversized lot, free and well lit. This is a great unit and great location.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space is great, semi modern. Big desk great for a working stay, full kitchen, full bathroom, and queen size Murphy bed.<br />.....air conditioned :)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a 3 story walk up (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). Stairwells and hallways are open air style.<br />The front door also has a security gate with a deadbolt once inside.<br />The lock is by Yale and each guest has there own code that only works during their Airbnb scheduled days... this is automated though Yale and Airbnb.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is not....not a hotel. This complex is an old hotel that has been converted into condos. Please do not expect a new fancy hotel or room service. This is an affordable stay option for those on a budget.<br />This apartment is in Hawaii, with a tropical environment.<br />There is a potential for bugs. <br />Bugs are known to be everywhere in Hawaii. We do what we can with regular maintenance, and I think we do a good job :)<br /><br />Please consider these things when reviewing your stay.
