Nestled in a private condominium complex, this spacious unit offers soothing views of lush Hawaiian landscape, along with peaceful sounds of a brook flowing in the background. The place comes with a fully loaded kitchen, lanai, pool, and laundry access. Beaches, parks, restaurants, groceries, nightlife, and more are just minutes away!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />As you enter, you will be greeted with the alluring sights and sounds of rainforest life, all of which can be enjoyed through the huge windows encompassing our corner unit. The entire place is decorated with exquisite artwork, greenery, and a combination of antique-style and modern furniture selections for your enjoyment. <br /><br />You will find the kitchen fully stocked with carefully selected cooking and cleaning necessities, along with the comfort of high-quality coffee, tea, and snack items to satisfy your cravings. In addition to plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware, you will also find a great array of utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, toaster, blender, and much more. <br /><br />As you arrive, you are sure to be excited to explore the Hilo area! To help you find your way around and make sure to not miss any of those must-see spots, we have prepared an in-depth Welcome Binder for your review. Not only will you find information about all that our unit has to offer, but you will also be able to get insights about many of the awesome dining and attractions in the Hilo area. You will easily locate this binder on the kitchen counter, along with some sweet treats for you to enjoy! The majority of attractions are just a walk or short car ride away. <br /><br />After a long day of traveling and excitement, you will likely be ready for a refreshing shower and a comfortable night of rest. We have you covered here as well! The shower comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of extra towels. The queen sized beds in each of the two bedrooms include a comfortable ten inch mattress, five pillows, fresh sheets, and a light comforter; each can sleep two adults. The full sized sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep one adult or two children. This bed comes equipped with a four inch cooling memory foam mattress topper (located in the walk in closet of the master bedroom), and is surrounded by lush rainforest views, making this sleeping arrangement especially cozy. The majority of the unit is encompassed by large windows and so is very well ventilated, keeping the temperature pleasant for sleeping. The second bedroom is a bit more isolated, so it includes a high quality portable A/C* to help keep it cool and comfortable as well.<br /><br />Finally, if you are not quite ready for bed, enjoy the quiet sounds of the evening in our lanai. Take a seat in the reclining chair and peruse through good book, listen to music, watch a movie, or just close your eyes and relax. The outdoor lighting and cool breeze are sure to create a peaceful atmosphere for your evening. And if you are in the mood to take care of some school or work assignments, we also have a private desk area in the second bedroom available for your use.<br /><br />Other amenities that you may enjoy during the duration of your visit are the beautiful pool area situated directly in front of our unit along with the nearby laundry room used exclusively by residents of the complex.<br /><br />We love to greet each of our guests individually and to provide the care and support they need to make their visit to Hilo a memorable one! Before you arrive, we will send you a message with directions to make sure you are able to easily locate our unit. And when you arrive, we will greet you through our doorbell camera and provide you with the entry code you will need to enter. We will also always be available by phone and text should any questions or concerns come up throughout the duration of your stay.
