On a beautiful white sandy beach that is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing & kayaking! Sea turtles & tropical fish are right out front! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer & private lanai looking out at a spectacular beach with amazing ocean views! Enjoy incredible sunrises too! Pool, gym, BBQ area & WIFI.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get noisy during these times. No work on holidays or weekends. You might want to be out and about enjoying the beach and exploring the island during construction hours :) Currently they have half the parking lot is torn up & closed off for underground pipe replacement and that will be going on until around July 2026. We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. You may have to park along the road or overflow option for parking is down at the Kayas store just a couple minutes' walk down the road. There is a loading and unloading zone at the building on the south entrance & security is there to help**** DO NOT MISS THIS WARNING PLEASE AS WE DON'T WANT TO MISREPRESENT OR WANT YOU TO BE SURPRISED :)<br /><br />Away from crowds of town yet near restaurants, shops & food trucks! Close to PCC, No Shore, Kualoa Ranch & more!<br /><br />We manage many properties, so reviews don't necessarily apply to one particular condo. Feel free to message us through Airbnb with any questions or concerns.<br /><br />Lots of turtles can frequently be seen & swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking & fishing right out front! We will provide beach chairs & towels. There may be other beach items for your use as well, and there is a local rental place for all your ocean fun needs!<br /><br />Built in 1975 but remodeled recently. Has all kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. Washer & Dryer right in the condo! There is NO AC in this condo but has ceiling and floor fans & there are lovely ocean breezes! This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo. If you are looking for "Luxury" accommodations this is not it! :)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking at the building or near the property during the parking lot project, and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! And guess what?
