Directly on a beautiful white sandy beach, this 524 sq ft condo has 2 queen size beds (one in the back bed nook area & one in the living room) futon, full kitchen, washer & dryer, spacious lanai overlooking the ocean & amazing sunrises! The secluded beach is wonderful for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding & kayaking right out your front door! Pool, BBQs & gym!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get noisy during these times. No work on holidays or weekends. You might want to be out and about enjoying the beach and exploring the island during construction hours :) Currently they have half the parking lot is torn up & closed off for underground pipe replacement and that will be going on until around July 2026. We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. You may have to park along the road or overflow option for parking is down at the Kayas store just a couple minutes' walk down the road. There is a loading and unloading zone at the building on the south entrance & security is there to help**** DO NOT MISS THIS WARNING PLEASE AS WE DON'T WANT TO MISREPRESENT OR WANT YOU TO BE SURPRISED :)<br /><br />Away from crowds of town yet near restaurants, shops & food trucks! Close to PCC, No Shore, Kualoa Ranch & more!<br /><br />We manage many properties, so reviews don't necessarily apply to one particular condo. Feel free to message us through Airbnb with any questions or concerns.<br /><br />This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo & for the price it's a real value! Studio type and more of a bed nook in the back of the condo with the queen bed and another queen bed in living room & futon! Nicely equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach chairs & towels, etc.! Great lanai to sit and watch the waves & the gorgeous sunrises! Sea turtles, monk seals frequent this beach and enjoy watching them but please do not get near them or touch them.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds! 2 elevators in the building as well & on-site security.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! And yes! You will probably encounter a cockroach or 2 :) Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :)<br /><br />Additional amenities:<br />*Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy<br />* Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach<br />* A refreshing pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean.<br />*Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom.<br />* Building security 833-808-PATS (7287)<br />* The building HOA does not allow pets except service animals, sorry!<br />*There is no smoking inside the unit or lanai or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property.
