Reconnect with family and friends in this fully furnished full kitchen apartment. Swim in the on site pool or work out in the gym. This apartment does not have ocean views. <br />With a bedroom nook that holds a queen size bed, a living room with full size sofa bed, and a full size air mattress.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The apartment is all yours. Step out the back slider and you’re steps from the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. Linens and beach towels are provided for everyone in your party.<br /><br />There is construction occurring throughout 2025/2026. There may be loud construction noise including jack hammering between the hours of 8:30-5. Pool, gym, and access to the apartment may be limited due to construction. Please be aware when booking.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The property has a pool, gym, bbq area, a grassy area, outside dining area, as well as a beautiful beach. The grassy area out back and the pool are closed after 8 pm.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Do not back into spaces<br />The outside common areas close at 8 pm. <br />The condo exterior is having concrete repairs. It may be noisy and dusty. This includes jack hammering. Some amenities and access to the apartment may be limited due to construction. The pool and gym may have shortened hours due to construction.<br />For guests stays between Feb16-June 26, 2026, the parking lot and pipes underneath are being replaced.
