The apartment has 1 Queen bed, smart TV, fast/reliable WiFi. There is also a sofa bed. Two beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella also available. Assigned parking spot with reservation.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio was upgraded in 2023 with new furniture to provide a comfy, clean, and bright experience for guests. It has 1 queen bed with comfy, new mattress, a pull-out sofa, plenty of storage space, places to plug in your devices, sizable table for eating and a separate desk for work. <br /><br />The kitchen has a stove, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, and a number of small appliances and cooking essentials.<br /><br />The large size TV has both digital cable and access to your favorite TV apps through Roku.<br /><br />The bathroom has a large tub/shower and vanity with drawers and medicine cabinet.<br /><br />The lanai has a bar height table and 2 chairs on which to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We are located in the Marine Surf Waikiki on the 20th floor. The building is centrally located on Seaside Avenue and Kuhio Avenue. The International Marketplace is a block away. Kalakaua Avenue is also a block away with a number of restaurants, shops, hotels, and main public access to the beach.<br /><br />You can walk to almost anything from our location, including Diamond Head Crater (about 60 minutes), Ala Moana Shopping Center (25 minutes), Honolulu Zoo (20 minutes), and many more attractions.<br /><br />The assigned parking spot for the unit is located in the basement level of the building. Access to this level is from the Kuhio Avenue entrance to the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Construction Notice: The building's exterior concrete repair and painting project is in its final phase and nearly complete. Please note that guests may experience daytime noise Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the pool will remain closed until all construction is finished. Lanai access is fully restored. We appreciate your patience as we wrap up these necessary building maintenance updates.<br /><br />Please note that we are centrally located, in an urban setting so there will be noise from bars, restaurants, traffic.
