Absolutely perfect for my wife and 2 year old. House to ourselves in NW calgsry, close to crowfoot and highway 1 to get out to the mountains.....was amazing. The house was awesome, everything was stocked that we needed tonbe there for a month. We got lucky on price finding it for only $4500 for the month. Checking future dates i know we lucked out with thst price. Any time I had questions about how to run anything or find anything in the house either the AI reply or Ryland himself was quick to reply and never left me hanging for more than a couple minutes. Honestly nothing negstive to say, our stay here was amazing. If you get a chance to book this place dont hesitate, it's awesome. Thanks so much Ryland and team for a great stay in calgary!

We stayed there for a whole month. The house had everything we needed, sufficient tissues, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. It was a clean & large house to host friends for coffee or dinner and close to great restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc.

Perfect stay for our family and dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for a full month visiting family. This neighbourhood is very quiet. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Nighttime sleeps were peaceful. While we mostly had our meals with our family, when we did eat in we were never lacking for tools for meal prep. Then there is the location - within walking distance to Crowfoot Crossing shopping centre (or 5 minutes by car) with every imaginable store and restaurant. Very convenient. So, if you are looking for clean, quiet, spacious accommodations, this one is it.

My family stayed at Ryland’s house for two months between selling our house and moving into our new home. It was a stressful enough time, with our life packed up in boxes and an energetic toddler to occupy. The house was perfect. Plenty of space, big garden for our daughter to play in and everything we needed was there, right down to the coffee pods and supplies for the dishwasher. Despite being in someone else’s home we settled quickly. With so many smaller and super expensive basement suites available at the time, this house was exactly what we needed in terms of space and location. It was a lucky find. I couldn’t recommend Ryland more.
