The Wailoa River is walking distance & has a beautiful new walking path & bridges through out the park. Located close to town where you can find our local grocery stores, local day & night markets/events. Black sand beaches & more!<br />Air conditioning is not provided.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Condo includes one soft micro foam Queen size bed. Smart TV & Wifi. Pots, pans, dinnerware, a coffee maker, stove top & oven. Soaps & linens. Towels. 3 rolls of toilet paper & a roll of paper towels for the total of your stay. We include a small supply of soap to get you started, but for the rest of your stay, we recommend bringing or picking up your preferred toiletries.<br />Air conditioning not provided.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Unit doors lock automatically. <br />Shared pool open from 9am-7pm. Unfortunately on the rare occasion it may be closed without notice but usually just for a day or 2. <br />Free parking on site. Multiple parking lots & any spot is fine. <br />No parking pass is needed.<br />Multiple laundry rooms throughout the complex. Easy pay with an app! There’s also a 24hr laundry mat in town. <br />Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am-2pm.<br />There is a fee if unit keys are lost/need to be replaced. <br />We suggest leaving keys in lockbox.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a NON smoking unit. No smoking in the unit & no smoking on the lanai. You are allowed to smoke in the parking lots. Just please stand away from the building (30 ft) & please properly dispose of your waste.<br /><br />We offer Internet services, but we do not offer cable. You will be able to enter your own info in to use the apps you like. YouTube is a great alternative if you don’t use the provided apps. <br /><br />This is a large complex, with renters, owners, and other vacation rentals. Generally it's pretty quiet but there is the potential for noise during the day and evenings. Everyone normally quiets down at a reasonable time. <br />You may hear footsteps in the unit upstairs. You may hear people talking, birds, ducks, chickens, music but most definitely you will hear our local coqui frogs chirp at night. <br /><br />Hawaii is a tropical climate.
