Paradise awaits!!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Building as direct beach access and the suite comes with convenient and complementary parking at the hotel (Very Rare). This amazing couples suite is perfect for that romantic getaway. Open the two sliding glass doors to the large gorgeous lanai which is seamlessly connected to interior for alfresco living like no other. Patio has a full netting so you can leave the doors open for the amazing Hawaiian breeze. No better way to start your morning routine, or unwind after an amazing day cruising the island. Plenty of room to lay down my yoga mat from Bali, swivel the TV towards the patio and start your workout or meditation. This is one of my favorite locations in all of Waikiki. The building has so much to offer and steps away from the beach. Everyone absolutely loves Cloud 9, it is so cozy and comfortable. Building is on the water and centrally located and within walking distance of many sights and attractions. It's just a quick stroll to Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon, consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Beaches in America by Dr. Beach. There is also close restaurants and attractions including the largest outdoor mall in the US, Ala Moana Shopping Center.<br /><br />★ SURFBOARDS ★<br />The building has a special “Bathers Elevator” that allows surfboards into the elevators. (Rare and convenient)<br /><br />★ PARTY SQUASHER ★<br />We have a device installed that measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio.<br /><br />★ PARTY/GROUP/EVENTS NOT PERMITTED ★ <br />Not set up for gatherings/events/parties of any kind. Very important that “ALL” guests staying must be included in the reservation. If you are planning a party or group event, do not book this suite. This will result in heavy fines and immediate eviction from the premises. <br /><br />★ LAUNDRY FACILITY ★<br />Paid washers and dryers are located on the same floor and also on every floor. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept credit card payments only.<br /><br />★ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES ★<br />Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises—the building enforces a $500 fine for smoking/vaping, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, please confirm via message. On check-out day, vacate the unit by 10:00 AM and send a message to confirm you’ve checked out.<br /><br />★ DISCLAIMERS ★<br />✔ There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand-washing <br />✔ We advise our travelers to accept the Airbnb Travel Insurance which is being offered together when you book your accommodation. Can also visit Travel Insurance dot com to get a quote and comparison for third-party insurance.<br />✔ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail or shipping delivery. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages. (Uber eats, grocery deliveries are allowed)<br />✔ The building does maintenance on plumbing (water shut down), pest control and you'll see notices in the elevator, we will try to remind you as well.<br />✔ This unit faces the mountains and city view which are great but there is no partial ocean view it is on the other side of the building.<br />✔ Privately owned suites do not have Gym access or access to room service or other hotel services like daily cleanings.<br />✔ no pets are allowed including emotional support animals. For fully trained service animals please message me as I have other units that are more animal friendly<br />✔ Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.<br />✔ The final stages of building lanai construction is almost over and on the other side of the building. However there may be some minor noise and dust during the week M-F 9am-4pm (weekends remain quiet)<br /><br />THE BUILDING:<br />♛ There is a great shops on the ground floor including little ice cream shop, poke shop, restaurant, spa, convenience store and much more. <br />♛ There is a rooftop steakhouse on the top floor with a panoramic view <br /><br />HOW TO GET HERE:<br />From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 10-20 minutes’ ride.
