These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed.<br /><br />If any building amenities such as the pool or gym we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. It is our policy for guests to read the entire listing description to avoid confusion during their stay.
