Comfortably furnished & decorated with contemporary decor.<br /><br />Features a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a newer fridge, stove & dishwasher.<br /><br />Huge master bedroom with a portable AC (one of the few units in the resort with an AC)<br />Also has a loft with two queen beds and living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa.<br /> <br />2 full bathrooms and in-unit washer and dryer.<br /><br />The master bathroom is equipped with a Brondell Swash 1000 bidet, the control for it is right under the toilet paper role.<br /><br />More Details about the property:<br />- A Play ‘n Pack is located in the activities closet on the back lanai.<br />- Cleaning supplies for guest use are located above the washer/dryer. Please report outages.<br />- A hair dryer is stored in the guest bedroom closet. Please return there.<br />- An iron and ironing board are located in the master bedroom closet.<br />- Pool towels may be taken to the beach. They are stored in the main bathroom closet.<br />- Loft windows can be opened/closed with a pole in the loft closet. Please close when raining.<br />- Fire Extinguishers are under the kitchen sink, upstairs in the loft, and under the master bath sink.<br /><br />PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER --<br />We have a Toshiba 14,000 BTU air conditioner in the master bedroom. It was a bit “delicate” to get installed, and to figure out how to get it vented through the lanai door for air along with running a small water drain hose outside.<br /><br />IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT move this air conditioner at all. If moved, the water drain and hot air vent will become disconnected and the water will drain into the bedroom instead of to the outside.<br /><br />The controls are easy to use. Please use it as appropriate for your comfort, but we would ask that you avoid running it all day if you are gone from the condo. It should cool the unit down fairly quickly when you return.<br /><br />Activities storage closet: There is a storage closet on the back lanai (off the master bedroom) with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, and other things that are useful. The key to this closet / storage area will be in a bowl on the entry way counter as you enter the condo, along with a WiFi access code card. Please leave the closet key for the next guest!<br /><br />Filtered Water: The Cliffs resort offers two filtered water stations that are free for guests to use. One is outside next to the recreation center, the other is inside the pool area. You can bring your own water bottle push a button and get filtered water!<br /><br />This is not your average vacation rental, this condo has all the comforts of home.<br />Spacious & well equipped. Over the many years we have been spending time there I have learned that if I always have an umbrella with me then my day is never "ruined" by a quick rain shower. They come out of nowhere but are mainly brief. Even on days when the weather forecast shows rain you will find that the day will probably contain a lot of sun.
