Two spacious bedrooms offer comfort and privacy overlooking a quiet garden and sharing a second full bathroom.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a classic SF Victorian that has been lovingly remodeled to combine the best of classic and contemporary style. It's a bright and light space with 10 foot ceilings on both levels. The main level features a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you'll need to prepare gourmet meals if that's your thing. The kitchen space is perfect to gather your group for meals or anytime, with a table and built-in benches and a flat screen TV. The kitchen connects to a deck overlooking the garden. Also on the main level are a formal dining room, living room with gas fireplace and another TV, and 1/2 bath.<br /><br />The 3 bedrooms are on the top level of the house. The master bedroom is enormous with a king bed, TV, and connected to a beautifully remodeled bathroom with an extra large tub. The master bathroom is accessible directly from the master bedroom and may also be accessed from a common area if you want to share it with your group. Two other large bedrooms overlook a quiet garden. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have exclusive and private access to and use of the top two levels of this 3 story home, approximately 2,000 square feet of living space. The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, 1/2 bathroom and deck overlooking the garden. The top level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. <br /><br />Except for the garage space where the washer/dryer are located, guests do not have access to the ground floor of the building including the patio and garden at the back of the house. There is a separate in-law unit on the ground level that is used only by members of our family when in town.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />A parking spot in the driveway on the street in front of the house is included. <br /><br />When parking anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, do no leave valuables in you car unattended. Don’t leave bags in view even if there are no valuables in them. Car break-ins are a problem everywhere. <br /><br />This is not a party house. The house is located in a quiet area with good neighbors. Please reduce noise levels around 10pm through early morning around 8am. This means talking voices not shouting, soft music/tv, etc. Please no visitors arriving or departing late evening.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0006159
