This 1 BR house has been recently renovated with chic designer furnishings, art and all amenities. Located on a tree lined street in the north slope of Bernal Heights near the Mission close to many of the city’s best restaurants and accessible to public transportation. I have always had high marks for having my place super clean before COVID so feel assured it will be even more so.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />As you can see by the pictures, the place is elegantly decorated with designer furnishings and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The place is very private and quiet. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room,a super comfortable memory foam bed, great shower with excellent pressure. It also has a smart tv with many tv channels so you can relax after of shopping and sight seeing.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The whole house and outside deck<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking is street parking. You have to move your car every two hours from 9-6pm Monday thru Friday. Bathroom to shower has no door which shouldn’t matter since it’s only for two people.
