Comfort is our priority - the apartment is furnished with a Scandinavian Ekornes reclining chair, memory foam mattress with cooling gel technology and adjustable bed base with automated incline to sit up in bed. With digital cable, you have hundreds of channels to watch! It is secure building that requires an electronic FOB for elevator access to most floors.<br /><br />With both full-time residents and vacationing guests living at Marine Surf, it offers a friendly environment with plenty of character. A Building Manager, front desk, and night-shift security guards are available for emergencies.<br /><br />The unit has a digital door lock for your convenience.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Construction Notice: The building's exterior concrete repair and painting project is in its final phase and nearly complete. Please note that guests may experience daytime noise Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the pool will remain closed until all construction is finished. Lanai access is fully restored. We appreciate your patience as we wrap up these necessary building maintenance updates.<br /><br />Please note we are located in a central area with bars, restaurants and shopping nearby.
