Our family of 3 live upstairs but the studio has its own separate entrance for the guests.<br />There is a small dog that belongs to our long term tenant downstairs and should not affect your stay. <br /><br />The studio/patio is adjacent to the garage. Guests may hear on occasion some noise with the garage opening.<br /><br />We are conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.<br /><br />Wifi & Cable TV is provided.<br /><br />Convenient location to explore the beaches north of Kailua Kona, Kamuela, Mauna Kea, the volcano, etc<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />A community pool, tennis/pickleball courts are at no cost and golf course is available at a discounted price for our guests all year around.<br />If you decide to use the facilities, pls bring white association card upon entering.
