Note that washer and dryer can be used through the PayRange app.<br /><br />- 17.75% TA/OTAT/GE taxes are included in your payment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code for a smart lock. Mahalo<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Although my building doesn’t have a swimming pool, it’s one of the few buildings in the area with a direct access to the beach without crossing any streets! <br /><br />Due to the convenient central location of the space, some noise from the street, music, pool, or restaurant patio areas is possible from the surrounding area. Noise levels are typically minimal. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am. <br /><br />No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Security is present onsite 24/7. Please don't rearrange or move any furniture. <br /><br /> Building maintenance occasionally conducts air conditioning services, water shutdowns, pest control etc, and may need to enter the condo at a minimum disturbance.
