Hi there! Come visit our El Cerrito version of the tropics. <br /><br />This fully private but attached, studio inlaw unit has great air circulation, a queen sized bed, desk, small TV with sitting area, full bathroom and kitchenette.<br /><br />We are about an 8 min walk to BART as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and there is always plenty of street parking in front.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />About 350 sq. ft., bigger than the pictures would suggest. Great light and super comfortable. Our yard has a tiki bar, fire table and BBQ you are welcome to use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Kitchenette with Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, and sink. 2 twin size futons are available upon request.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a small beehive. Generally, bees fly up and away so they shouldn't bother you, but if you have an allergy, please take note.<br /><br />We have 2 cats (Apple and Cider). We keep the cats out of the Airbnb space, but please take note in case you are severly allergic.<br /><br />We also have a dog named Petal (German Shepard mix). She is friendly and great with kids, but does need a proper introduction. <br /><br />Just let us know your dog comfort level and we will keep her upstairs and/or do an introduction. <br /><br />Either way, we never leave her in the yard alone, so you don't need to worry about any surprise greetings.<br /><br />Last thing, our home is on a slope and you are on the ground floor. You will hear the dog and cats on the floor above, but we do our best to keep heavy walking and dropping things to a minimum.
